Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chickpea water (aquafaba)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 100g paneer, diced
- Fresh vegetables (cucumbers, bell peppers, carrots)
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Method:
- In a blender, combine boiled chickpeas, olive oil, aquafaba, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- In a pan, lightly saute the diced paneer until golden brown.
- Assemble the bowl by placing hummus at the base, adding sauteed paneer on top, and arranging fresh vegetables around.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
