Ingredients:
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chickpea water (aquafaba)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 100g paneer, diced
  • Fresh vegetables (cucumbers, bell peppers, carrots)
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
Hummus Paneer Bowl

Method:

  • In a blender, combine boiled chickpeas, olive oil, aquafaba, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  • In a pan, lightly saute the diced paneer until golden brown.
  • Assemble the bowl by placing hummus at the base, adding sauteed paneer on top, and arranging fresh vegetables around.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander.
